Blossoms and phone, is part of the Japan Collection. The image is inspired by a research trip to Japan with Design Factory in 2006. I saw this woman in a park taking a photograph of the blossoms on her mobile phone. I liked the contradiction of the traditional dress with modern technology. It was something that struck me in Japan. The line drawing is part of my own collection. This piece is available to commission.
