This is the original line drawing for Old Card Players. In the piece I wanted to show that no matter what age we are, young or old- friends were always important. I decided to make a companion piece for Young Card Players to reflect this. I photographed my granda and his friends at their poker night- which on this particular Friday night was to be held at my granda’s house. I climbed around the players gathering the images while the serious game continued.
