I was commissioned to create a unique piece of artwork for a family; the piece was to be their wedding gift from friends and family. I travelled with them to France to one of their favourite places. I spent a couple of days following them around, observing and taking photographs. On my return I spent the next couple of months developing their piece. I made an intricate image detailing special buildings and shops and snippets from their few days. The piece was delivered to their home the night before their wedding. It was a very memorable project and I feel honoured to have been asked to undertake such a special commission.
