A big congratulations to my web designer, John McDaid. John’s company STILL has been nominated for an IDI Award 2010 for this very website!! He’s been shortlisted in the Multimedia Design section, so fingers crossed…
The Irish Design Awards are organised by the Institute of Designers in Ireland and are an occasion to celebrate the excellent standard of design achieved by designers on the island of Ireland each year. Awards are presented in eight categories: Commercial Interior & Exhibition Design, TV / Theatre / Film Design, Visual Communications, Fashion & Textiles, Multimedia Design, Product Design, Design for All, and Design Sustainability.
All finalists will be profiled in both the IDI website and the 2010/2011 IDI “Best of Irish Design” book to be made available to all members, the general public and commercial enterprises. Full details at http://www.idi-design.ie/designawards
